curious title time

read enough and you will, it seems, be rewarded with the assurance that nothing is original–or at least that everything is an homage. some
of you may remember a charming book from a few years ago about an autistic would-be detective: the curious incident of the dog in the night-time. I was quite nonplussed to find that such a wonderfully unique-sounding title is, in fact, a quote… of sir arthur conan doyle’s the memoirs of sherlock holmes. live and learn, I suppose.
